Tahniah buat Dr Jamaiyah

Sekalung tahniah kpd boss yg baik hati..keibuan dan yg paling penting sporting..Dr Jamaiyah yg telah dinaikan pangkat pada bulan lps...Sebagai penghargaan kepada semua, beliau berbesar hati mempelawa semua staff CEU untuk jamuan makan bertempat di Restoran Al-Rawsya, Jalan Ampang, KL pada hari Jumaat malam 22 Mei 2009..iaitu malam ini..yahoooo!!!Tema pemakaian adalah "arabic style" dan maaf aku tidak akan memakai jubag hitam bersama purdah..hahaha..

Pape pun, tahniah dan tahniah kepada boss terbaik yg pernah aku jumpa dan sgt bertuah dapat bekerja di bwh pimpinannya!!!!

Farewell juga kepada Dr Rozaini, jiran sebelah meje aku ni kerana berjaya menghabiskan praktikal 5 bulan bersama CEU dan beliau sendiri memuji semangat bekerje yang sangat bagus di kalangan staff dan sangat gembira bekerje di sini..Semoga beliau berjaya dan menabur bakti kpd Klinik Kesihatan Penaga, Penang..tempat kerja baru beliau bermula bulan depan..

The Challenge has come..

Received an email from Wilson this morning:

Dear Sya

FYI email below. Here are the next few steps that we’ll need to do:

1. Upload Tele-DR onto CDMS-CORFIS (check with Jie Ying) with the minor modifications as discussed yesterday
2. Register ophthalmologist user for online review (Dr. Goh, Dr. Yen, Dr. Fariza)
3. Test run the fundus camera in CORFIS Centre and synchronization with CDMS
4. Prepare user manual for tele-DR
5. Organise training for case managers and ensure that they are able to provide grading for the pics.
6. Hands-on practice for the case managers & ophthalmologist
7. Prepare brochure for patients at the CORFIS centre on diabetic retinopathy screening
8. Contact all eye centres within the area for referral purposes. Schedule meeting to discuss collaboration work on Tele-DR.

I Challenge Myself To Accept The Job

At last, after I kept cried last nite when I knew that I was assigned to do the Disease Screening Target Organ part for CORFIS Phase 2, I challenged myself to accept the job rather than asked myself "Why me"...instead I shud said "Try Me"...

I met Wilson this morning..I've told him I'm not sure I can do it or not but his word really makes me feel so touch..
Wilson: "Sya..I believe you can do it cos I trust you. You've been with me for past 1 1/2 years..and I know who you are..the last assignment I gave you, you did a great job and I'm really proud of u"
Me: "Ermm..I dunno Wilson but this time its really hard for me to be that person..but please if I agree to accept the challenge..dun leave me alone..I need you..I'm relyin on you"
Wilson: "Dun worry..I'l be your monitor..I'l guide you step by step..You can make it..I trust you"

Again, he stressed out the word "I trust you"..the word that seriously it killed me..and I believe anyone who received the "killer word" will think twice..Am I that person that he meant???or he tryin to be nice to me in order to make me accept the challenge...but he did said he knew that I love the challenge..amboi pandai pulak menilik aku..

Yah..yahh..I accept that..we had a long discussion today and he explained all the important things about my job description..there are 6 document files I have to go thru..plus I need to liase with the specialist Opthalmologist, Cardiologist and Nephrologist..provide training to the nurses..keep track the screening result viewed by specialist..provide info and updates the CDMS Web..helping Bioinformatic Manager to update the patient module thingy..such a heavy burden for me cos its a new job..and I'm in the process of learning and learning...

Well, life is full of challenge..whether I capable to do it..everything is goes to me back..I have to decide..So..I believe in myself and I challenge myself to accept whatever obstacles in front of me in order to achieve my dream to be a great person with a great job..

Monday-A bored day..

Who likes Monday especially for those so called working peoples like ME..

Monday is a good day..but not for me after 2 days public holiday..
Unless sumthing special happen to u on tht day..like u got award on winning sumthin or whatever..Then it wil b a good day...hahahaha..

Since I was in School..i hate Monday..always had assembly in the morning
Heard my lil niece said last nite..
"anjang..mls la kakak nkgi skolah..x suke isnin"
Can't imagine a 6-years old lil kid can say tht..
Hello..U have another 11-years to go to the schoolll..
Now U kept complaining bored when it comes to Monday..
Budak2 skang ni advance...and my lil niece mulut xde insurans..

ME..nothing much to do at the office..
All the important job I managed to finish it early in the morning
Now I'm helpin Vats to do literature review"systematic review" for jurnal
Yeahhhh...heard that Wilson gave us opportunity for our name to be appear in the jurnal
as a co-writer...hahaha..proud of myself
Hmmm..find the job sya..jgn jadi malas..hatin nothing to do
Its an office hour..so I have to do sumthin related to office job..
Ok la..better I clean up the files, docs on my table..its a job!!

I Missed Them..

Life has been so good today..After 2 weeks came back from Sabah and 2 weeks I'm havin such a baddd cough and cold..I think today is good..I'm smiling all the day..hahahaha..

Met Lisa and Nita (my x-hosmate) last nite..havin a long chat since we've last met a nite before..not havin much time to talk since Lisa and her BF was late..but last nite, Lisa had a mood swing2..so Nita and I decided to fetch her and lepak sumwhere to eat..place to go Taipan Subang at the Satay vs Pizza restaurant..heard about it before..and yes the served the delicious food which I'l guess it worth for us to spend 60 for Fettucine Baked Tomato Sauce, Fettucine with Sauce again and Assam Laksa..supposedly we shud tried the Pizza instead of havin that..especially me with the laksa..aiyooo..cannot tahan after havin assam laksa at Jusco Midvalley with Leeya..Girl's nite was sooooooo damn good..even i dun have enough voice to talk..but lookin at them and Lisa kept talking about her miserable life make me remembered our sweet memory in Hillpark..we had a wonderful lifesytle in Hillpark during university year...

Hot topic..Bye (another x-hosmate) is gettin married by the end of May..our first ever hosmate will start a new life as a wifey to Mr Ghost..Plannin what to give..when to go..where to stay..not a big problem cos Bye is stayin nearby to my house..So they will stay at mine..Sadly to say..dunno but suddenly it kept flashin in my mind our those great day together..Dyana (other x) in England now and will comin back Oct tis year after gettin her Master..Ila (other x) is havin her own life..no more contact wif me especially..hahaha..but stil keep in touch wif Nita and Lisa..so OK la..

Wahhh..life is too fast..dreamin about Hillpark life and suddenly everythin change..me already 1 1/2 years workin in CRC..the rest also havin a good life with a great career..each of us havin a new car..hahaha..what a life...Thank to God for givin us a gooood memory and gooodd life tooo..

Girls..we shud organize Bachelorette Party to Bye..hahaha..after this no more for her..I'l guess next will be Lisa and Dyana..Nita and I wil b the last person in the list..Whatever it is..I'm so happy for everyone and for myself for havin them as a part of my life..thank youuuuu..

penyakit itu penghapus dosa

Pagi ni aku MC..have to cause by body temperature dah high plus my nose started bleeding..pegi one clinic nearer to my apartment name Poliklinik Aiman..yg x best about this clinic..the services so lembap..aku pun x paham..sementara tunggu kat luar nk amik ubat..aku rs dah bape byk virus berterbangan kat area tuh..drpd x sakit truk,..trus sakit la..

However one thing yang aku sgt la kagum ngn klinik ni..kat sampul ubat die tertera satu perkataan yang menyentuh prasaan seperti berikut:

"Bacalah Bismillah sebelum makan ubat ini.Dan bertawakallah kepada Allah SWT selepas kita berusaha. Bersabarlah dalammenghadapi penyakit sesungguhnya penyakit itu penghapus dosa"..

Sungguh la insaf aku..aku mampu lg bergerak ke Midvalley untuk shooping barang dapur sedangkan aku tahu ade kerja yg menanti aku di ofis..Dan si Project Manager aku siap hantar message wish aku sembut cepat..so sayang sama this chinese girl..so baik hati..mane nk dapat ketua yg begitu prihatin..

Disebabkan keinsafan aku, aku trus balik rumah..mkn ubat then tido..msg si dia bgtau aku MC..lgpun aku dah janji nkgi ofis die tuk amik final DVD..akhirnya siap juga..x sabar aku nk tunjukkan kpd whole team usaha keras Vatsala as PM and aku as APM..hebat juga kitaorang berjaya siapkan corporate video for our project..

Moral of the story..aku harus bersyukur aku sakit..sekurang-nya badan aku normal la kan..oleh itu jgn lupa makan ubat ya!!
